What should I bring/have for my appointment?

All client’s must be over the age of 18 and are required to provide one or two of the following

  • A valid, unexpired government issued photo I.D. (Driver’s license, passport, etc.)

  • Any witnesses

  • Document to be notarized

  • Copies of photo I.D. if needed
